The room was good-sized and functional!

The breakfast was good, I would come here again. It was pleasant and fairly clean hotel. The location was magnificent and lovely, for example, a vast market was not very far from the venue. What's more, it was so close to the bridge and market, the main market and the Friendship Mall and tuktuk taxis. The incredibly kind and accommodating staff was much appreciated.

We stayed at this place for 6 nights and had an amazing experience. The staff here is fantastic and extremely friendly and helpful. They arranged a private tour for us to explore the nearby Bolaven plateau, which included a delicious lunch stop. The driver who also served as our guide was very knowledgeable and made sure we learned about the area. The hotel also helped us with our transfer to the airport, which was a smooth process. Although the location is a bit further from the center, we didn't mind at all. It's a pleasant walk and the peaceful atmosphere at night is worth it. They even recommended a great massage place for us. We will definitely choose to stay here again when we come back to this area.

The hotel is a bit isolated from shops and restaurants, with the nearest dining option being a 20-minute walk from here.

everything was simply great. truly enjoyed the place, it was friendly and worked for me. i had great room with a nice garden and a lovely balcony.

A nice size unit with a very elegant decor. Location close to free transport at 7 to Town for dinner, the mall in search of lunch food, and the main market and the Friendship Mall, plus shops.

We book a hotel away from the centre with a free dinner shuttle to restaurants, and this is what we got. The room was clean and comfortable, with a tasty breakfast, and a refreshing pool accompanied by nice deckchairs. We even received helpful tips about the area from the friendly staff. the hotel was near the stunning Pakse market and shops over the Mekong River.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this peaceful and welcoming hotel. The property had beautiful gardens and a lovely pool. The rooms were always clean and efficiently serviced. The staff were friendly, well-presented, and went out of their way to ensure our comfort. The owner was kind and responsive, answering all our questions before our arrival. The breakfast was delicious, with the breakfast ladies greeting us with beautiful smiles. Vayu, in particular, was exceptional, displaying great customer service skills and always making an effort to interact with us. The hotel even offered to do our laundry, going above and beyond their normal services. We highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional hospitality and home-away-from-home atmosphere.

My stay was good by 2 more nights. Double room was good-sized and airy. The employees were super friendly and outstandingly accommodating and kept it all fairly clean. The hotel was in a magnificent position close to tuktuk taxis into town, the airport and the centre of town.

Amazing service at Le Jardin Hotel! When our transportation was unexpectedly canceled, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we reached our destination. The rooms were clean, the pool area was lovely, and the breakfast was good. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed at this hotel for New Year's Eve and must admit, it was pretty average. However, the breakfast was decent - they offered eggs and bread. the pool looked clean and well-maintained. The location was convenient as it was close to the bus terminal and there was a shuttle service to the town center.

The staff was not friendly at all and didn't pay much attention to our needs. The rooms were small and uncomfortable.

The hotel has a beautiful garden, a nice swimming pool, and offers free airport transfer. They also provide planned trips and have free wifi throughout. The American breakfast served in the charming outdoor pergola is a hit.

During my business trip, I enjoyed the friendly and attentive staff who offered great tips to make my stay enjoyable. The comfortable and clean room had a refrigerator and was well-kept. The swimming pool was a great asset to cool off after a long day of work. The shuttle service provided to access more choices in restaurants was convenient.

The hotel is located outside of the main town, which means there are limited restaurant options apart from the shopping mall. The storage space in the room was limited, and there were no drawers, which made it difficult to keep things organized.

We stayed at Le Jardin for 2 nights and it was an exceptional experience. The staff, led by a former Marriott employee, provided top-quality service and gave us fantastic tips for exploring the area. The rooms were cozy and clean, and the pool was a refreshing oasis. The location, though not central, was a welcome escape from the uninteresting city center. The hotel also offered a useful shuttle service to nearby restaurants at night. we couldn't recommend it more - a real highlight of our trip.
